The training of personnel is critical to the overall implementation effort and broad adoption of Application across the enterprise. Various training options are available to nonprofit organizations. Our recommended approach is to take advantage of the free on-line training as well as send at least 1 System Administrator to Administrator Essentials training. Details on both of these trainings are available below.
Salesforce.com also offers a variety of other for-fee instructor led and virtually led training classes. In some cases the free on-line classes may suffice depending upon the level of sophistication of your Application usage. In many other cases however a combination of free and paid training classes are appropriate.
Salesforce.com’s virtual learning offering provides a comprehensive, role-based curriculum of courses delivered via the Web. To make learning about our applications convenient and accessible for all users, administrators, and developers, we offer courses in a variety of self-paced and instructor-led formats.
