Force.com AppExchange FastTrack is a set of services that will help you accelerate your AppExchange projects. We provide a designated Technical point-of-contact who will guide and assist you throughout the AppExchange on-boarding process.
FastTrack includes:
- a Design review
- Security Review Consultation
- Priority support response time (24 hr)
- Technical Support pack comprising of 3 incidents.
FastTrack is ideal during your Development and Post-Production phases of joining the AppExchange marketplace. You will be provided a named contact who will help resolve your issue within 4 business hours. Technical Support provides code-level support for developers creating solutions on the AppExchange platform, Custom applications & integrations, Java, JavaScript/AJAX, .NET, and PHP, S-controls & Apex technical support.
The FastTrack Service is available for you to use throughout a 12-month period. It can be used for all your applications and is not just limited to the first application that you sign up for. The FastTrack fee is $5,000 per 12-month period.
